1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned if:
- The item is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong product
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- All accessories/manuals must be included
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products may not be eligible for return:

- Products damaged due to misuse
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased during clearance sales (if mentioned)

4. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Once the product is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
6. Exchange Policy
We may offer product replacement for:
- Damaged products
- Wrong products delivered
